M&K Machine Co. Ltd. was founded in 1963 by John Krivec — a workshop specialising in automotive stamping, tube bending, swaging, punching and robotic welding for prototype and production parts.
In 2007, M&K Metal Fabricating Inc. was established to meet a changing economy and a new generation of customers. With it came automation, in-house engineering, real-time tracking, CNC turret punching and CNC bending for sheet metal products.
